Julian is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Courts of Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia and the Northern Territory and is admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia. Julian practices in the area of complex commercial law, with emphasis on intellectual property, competition and consumer law, franchising, technology and computer law.

Rochina joined Stephens Lawyers and Consultants in August, 2013 and provides consultancy services on Media, Entertainment and the Arts.
Rochina advises and consults on commercial and intellectual property matters including copyright protection and licensing; visual arts and design; film funding applications; film production and distribution; film option agreements; music recording, publishing and distribution agreements; media and defamation; and business structuring for film production, publishers, musicians, bands, artists and galleries.
Emma Contebardo LLB. GDLP, DipLang (Italian)
Emma Contebardo joined Stephens Lawyers & Consultants in July 2017. She was admitted to practice on 19 September 2017 as an Australian lawyer and as an officer of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Emma assists the Principals, Julian Stephens and Katarina Klaric, in their commercial and intellectual property law, defamation/media law and litigation areas of practice.
Crystal Choi BAcc. B Fin. (CPA)
Crystal joined Stephens Lawyers and Consultants in March 2014. She manages the firm’s Accounts Department. Crystal also speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin and, with her experience in document translation, works with the Principals, Katarina Klaric and Julian Stephens, in connection with the firm’s Australia/China business advisory work.
